The size of the room and overall facilities were decent. The location of the hotel was also good, near to the city center. The food served was delicious and well-prepared.
The customer service was non-existent. The receptionist took ages to check us in and was not even attentive to our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The modern décor and super comfortable beds were fantastic. The staff were exceptional - they quickly resolved an issue with breakfast and even added a takeaway lunch to make up for it. They also went out of their way to change an office in one room to a bedroom upon request. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location.

Our group of friends had an exceptional stay at this luxurious accommodation. the modern room ambiance and the comfortable bedding exceeded our expectations. the friendly and compassionate staff made our check, in smooth and quick. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast which had a great selection of meals and the service was top, notch. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities nearby. We appreciated the in, room facilities and the overall cleanliness of the bathroom.
The communication regarding payment methods could be improved.

The hotel had a great location, being in the heart of the city and close to many tourist attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our check-in process very easy. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, as they were quite spacious.
Our experience at the hotel was not up to par. The rooms were not well-maintained and the bathrooms were not cleaned properly on our arrival. Furthermore, the hotel failed to provide breakfast on one of the days, which left us feeling disappointed. our Christmas spent at this hotel was not what we expected and we would not recommend it to others.
